Hi,

I thought the lead in was referring to the mileage of the Insight exceeding expectations. My fear about the Prius 3 is the "bridge" center console where the shifter is will be a deal breaker for tall(er) people:

The Insight is more conventional, and probably much more accommodating for long legs:
