I've seen... a half dozen or so of those little Mitsubishi micro-pickups around here in AZ - one was on very large (if I had to guess, 37" ) off-highway tires, the rest I've seen were pretty well stock with 13" P-rated tires.
As far as I can tell... they're not suited to the average
American body type.
