Well, I have to finish putting the stuff into the control section. I'm very confident that the software is working as it should. There's definitely room for improvement, though. I need to add the thermistor, and basically finish plugging in all the stuff to the breadboard.

I still need to test the hardware overcurrent shutdown. I'll have to fake the signal for overcurrent.

Then I'll test the control circuit with everything except the connection to the power section. (everything including the mosfet driver)

Once that's working OK, I'll make the single final connection from the control section to the power section, and that's it!

Then, once that's working OK, I'll move the bread board stuff over to a permanent board that is on order. I'll have to be really really really careful not to do anything stupid at that point. Then it's done! ya!
