That's how Moon Disks are made. If you have a metal spinner nearby tell them what you want and they will probably have tooling on hand.
I had a go at DIY spinning a set for a tiny Suzuki van I had (10" rims) ended up ok - but I had access to a big Lathe, proper spinning Aluminum ( zero temper ) and tools.
It's also a very dangerous process, most professional spinners are missing a finger or two......
