Picked this up at Autozone for 11.99 plus tax, but I had a gift card left over from last summer... so I ended up using that.

I've been after one for a long time but they seem to be a little hard to find. I got the only one they had on the shelf.
Mine is silver, which I actually like better than the white because I have silver wheels and a couple chrome accents on my car... I think white would have looked too cheap.
I haven't had a chance to put it on the car yet, because I don't have any plate bolts that will fit in the holes on it, but here is a scan of the frame with my "personalized message". It fits perfect:
