This time instead of saying its your fault and there must have been rock chips.

He actually looked at the car after I showed him those documents.

He kept saying the one side looks like rock chips and should not be covered, even after I told him it had been in storage when the sheet peel occured.

The other worse side he kept saying its hard to tell if this is from rock chips, then he asked if the car was in an accident which I said no, he said he thought it might be repainted though he could find no proof. He then took pictures which he said he would send to a higher authority to determine whether or not this would be covered under the corrosion warranty. He also took down the vin and serial and the number of miles on the car along with pictures of the dash and vin.

This is further than I got last time but it appears he isn't going to honor it under warrantee. More than likely he will ask his janitor how the weather is than calmly call me later and say that "his authority" doesn't think that the peeling paint is their fault and it must be my fault.

(at least thats what seems to happen around here)

Wish me luck
