I'd go with completed projects only, to be fair. Once the guys building EV's are done they will obviously win.
For now let the people who planned and executed mods that perform as well as they look. Perhaps, some tests and numbers to maybe enhance the appeal of the mods? With out improvements, plastic is just plastic and aluminum is just aluminum.
I don't have nominations, just wanted to say that.
