I quit smoking in Feb 2003,
Do I miss it?
No.
Do I still get cravings?
Yes.
Have I fallen off the wagon?
Yes, but I got right back on.
It is a very tough addiction to break and the cig. companies aren't really helping. They were breeding tobacco plants to produce more nicotine and thus make the product more addictive.
I started when I was 10 and quit when I was 41.
Damage done?
Yes I am sure,
I have Asthma, and several other breathing problems.
They do seem to be getting better as I get farther away from the tobacco.
But some days.............
Ooh, I just need a smoke to clear my head.
Make the world seem better.
Get me away from the stupid people.
