First thing that comes to mind is MIRROR DELETE!!!! LMAO, just kidding.
One thing I noticed is the 2 slots/pockets on each side (looks like door guards almost, but inverted), maybe you can cover those with tape? I know it wouldn't be huge, but it would help a little. Not sure if you're allowed to modify the truck at all, or just your driving style.
Second thing I think of is a grille block for the lower slots? I'm not sure what's behind them though. Maybe even just a partial grille block on the top grille. Those trucks look pretty aerodynamic as far as trucks go.
