To find out how leagle they are, do a google search for your state, "statute motor bicycle" and you should get some results, you can also look at moped2.com and see what they have to say, I am pretty sure every state allows 20mph, at least there is a nation wide law to allow electric bikes to go 20 mph, mine allows all motorized bicycles to go 30mph, but that is a bit odd, we are just cool like that.
