crashed on the highway in very busy traffic. a strip of tar in the moist road and dark weather was not amused with my front tire. it would not let the tire go over it because it was in the driving direction and a lot mm above the surface of the road. first road-hit for me in 19 years of motorbiking!

the recumbent is a bit different without some fairing, i wonder what the fuel consumption will be now.........

bugger, i'm ashamed i'm under 100MPG again. the experimenting with the CV carb has done some negative progression. also i'm sometimes driving slightly faster then i would like. 65 to 68 mph is more expensive then the 60 i would like to drive. also there was a lot of wind this week, maybe that's also a bad thing.........

placed the vacuumhose back inside streamline, on the airfilterbox, where it belongs. the loss of power with a "pressure-pulse" because of a truck or just some wind is now gone. the reason why it's now gone and was there before ( unwanted ) is unknown.

i don't like a CV-carb with an own thought !!!!
