On this tank I went to Brigham City, Utah and back - 270 Miles - One large overpass and quite a lot of hilly areas on the way to Utah.. I was going about 60-62 the whole way because the MPGuino was acting in order and saying that was my hotspot so I stuck with it.. 60 MPG later, I'd say thats fantastic. Best tank so far |

I wasn't really trying with this tank.. I was driving through a lot of hills and such to try and rack up the miles so I could empty the tank of the 44k and get the MPGuino set up. Changed the timing belt about 100 miles before I filled up again. Filled up with Ethanol free finally. |

This was my trip to Pendleton, Oregon. I took my brother with me who weighs about 120 lbs. plus all the clothes and snacks and such that we packed for the weekend. That's a lot of extra weight.. It road smoother over the bumps though. It was cold the whole way there and there were some pretty big mountain passes. Lots of hills/ups and downs. A little city driving. I had a camera tripod as my cruise control wherever it would work. This was ethanol free gas from the place I usually get it.

Been using a brand of gas I have never heard of before that is ethanol free for the last two fill ups.. I really can't tell any difference mostly because its been in the negatives for quite a while now.. So cold. Winter isn't what she used to be.
After this tank I changed my oil to Mobil 1 AFE 0w-20 Synthetic.. Got a good deal on it. I will see how it works out. |

I inflated my tires to 50 psi. I removed the passenger side windshield wiper. I performed a SeaFoam cleaning which seemed to work very well.. I also ran lucas oil through it.
Great fill up. My best in this cold weather!
I filled up with NON-Ethanol fuel this go around. I plan to always fill up with it from now on if I can. The station is about 30 miles away. |

I filled up with Premium to see any difference in MPGs. Also took a 200 mile trip for about half this tank. After this trip I realized that Cruise Control could really increase my gas mileage. I was constantly fluctuating even though I was trying to keep the pedal still.
Also, going up and over a large pass may have done a number. The little motor could barely pull over it at 55 MPH the whole way. |

First fill up. I was not driving it like an Ecomodder at all.. Other than coasting. I drove on the old highway at 55 and on the freeway at 75. I drove around town A LOT.(My main source of mileage) One night with two people in my passenger seat. (I hate that..) $17.00 fill up. A little idling from working on it. Gas gauge is screwed up. Topped it off as much as it would go. Weather is getting colder. |
