44.8MPG! Almost smacked my 45mpg goal. In reality, It probably was a 45mpg tank, I put in an extra $0.40 to make it an even amount, even so, the scan gauge was saying 44.3mpg, nice surprise!

IA temp was 109F, 10-20 higher than normal
Coolant ran around 224-226 peak (forced it to 233 to test fans to kick on... didn't! Not good...
I was seeing a lot of peaks of 65-70mpg on fairly flat ground vs 50-55mpg. Average boosted 5mpg today. Finally I was able to hit the "lean burn mode" thing going west on frost road, very rare and normally only help with wind could do that before.

Found odd glitch/mode when map sensor reads under 7 at 45mph, IGN retards from 39 back to 24 and mpg increases from 40-45ish to 50-55ish. Used this mode quite a bit, maybe 20-25% on this tank.
Short trip loaded with 500 pounds of computer scrap, averaged 38mpg from Dean's shop to home.

Installed scan gauge 2, did some idling and playing around to check a few things out.
Found thermostat is not working, running 160-166F on water temp. To be fixed on next tank full.
This tank was 95% highway @70mph. My dad drove down to ann arbor, and I followed him in his new used Camry. His average was around 34mpg with the scan gauge which was lower than actual, and with me driving home it said around 38.4-39mpg.
40mpg goal almost met with only a upper gill block and scangauge 2 O.o.
Good Year deflated my tires to 30psi when new tires were installed, re-inflated to 55psi (44psi max on sidewall).

Filled up at a different gas station than normal (Clark by freeland road)
~250 miles of this tank was from the drive home with the car having tons of problems with major alignment, tire, strut issues. Tank wasn't eco friendly at all and the first 250 miles were with UNDERSIZED tires... 185-60-14s. New tires are 185-65-14s (factory size).
Slowly working on cleaning out the junk of the last owner from the car and fixing it up to how it should be (new oil, trans fluid, replacing broken light lenses, blown lights, etc).
With all of these aginst me, this tank is better than my best "typical" driving with my Camry (about 28-29mpg). The Camry might get fixed and sold if I can hit 35mpg with no mods and push over 40 with aero mods .
Car bought with 229k miles for $700 and needed ~$500 in PARTs to fix it up correctly... the 2 tires that are still on the back might be replaced, and rotated to put oversized tires on the front once I get my Scangauge 2 in to check RPM at my ideal driving speeds.
