Mosty Interstate Travel. Had some city driving with alot of traffic that brought my tank average down. If all I did was drive to work and back I would get 40+mpg, but I am married now and have to go out more and live in a busy area. I could do my shopping on the weekend at 2am! Yea I work the night shift, so I can do that if I want. Still alot of lights, but no cars at that time. |

40mpg!!!! I almost drove 500 miles on last tank. I could have if I used the same amount as last fill up. Last fill up was 440 miles using 12.4 gallons of gas and this tank of gas was 478 miles using 11.7 gallons of gas! I drove with Passenger Side Mirror Deleted, Lower Grill Block, and Smooth Wheel Covers. The bulk of my miles were highway. Got to take 10x30mile highway trips in addition to my usually driving to work this is on street roads. I did delete my driver’s side mirror in the last 80 miles. I used 93 octane from Shell. |

I last filled up on 3/25, so I got two weeks out of this tank! I installed mooncaps at 3/4 tank, removed passenger side mirror at 2/3 tank and duct taped my lower grill at empty tank. I did approximately 35% Highway at 55 MPH. 55% of my driving was 6 - 12 miles with lights. I did accedently leave my car on idle for 20 minutes and was dead stop traffic twice that held me up a total of 30 minutes combined. Overall I was pleased with the results so far since my gas miliage was the same or better that with no mods and 70%+ highway driving. |
