P0420 code is back, I crushed the mouth of a 45ACP shell casing and slipped it over the rear oxygen sensor. This should get the CEL to stay off as long as the shell stays in place.
Reset the computer.
Changed oil to 10w-30 rotella, changed spark plugs (auto lite copper), and put the biggest puralator oil filter I could find on there (L14610) at milage 118,800 just before topping off before a road trip. |
