Experimented with WOT pulse and glide. Does not appear to be the best strategy for hilly terrain. I'll have to try this the next time I get my truck on some straight highway with light traffic.

Might be tire pressure... Had one tire that was 5lbs above the rest and I decreased it to match the others... Might just try running all four at 40lbs to see what happens.
