I have decided to start recording my mileage daily, collecting the gallons and gas miles from the onboard computer. EV miles are in a separate log. I will reconcile at each fill to see if the amount of gas matches up. (It does, perfectly)
Unless otherwise stated, this fuel log will be entirely with 87 octane regular unleaded gas, NOT premium.
I do not employ much hypermiling techniques, neutral coasting occasionally. Otherwise, cruise is set to between 60 and 68 depending on the day. 117 miles round trip, >95% highway with only a few stop lights.
I keep this log primarily so others can see what is likely with similar driving.
