Black and white ex-state police car. WONDERFUL on the highway and one of the best cars USA ever produced EVER. I bought it directly from Texas DPS, its my second 9C1 Caprice, and my third DPS car (1st was a Mustang). Its got the iron-headed Corvette engine (better flowing, more durable, and cammed for torque).

Gets 17MPG city/highway/drive like grandma/drive like a maniac. Other 9C1 was the same. Doesn't seem right and I can't rest until I figure out why... I want to take this thing on road trips because its sooo much nicer than our Escort, but the MPG diff is a killer.
