'96 sc2 with custom: short throw shift, cold air vortec intake,IR igntion,magnaflow exhaust

Cold air intak custom fabbed with k+n air filter, tornado insert in plumbing 3 1/2 pipe connector latched down in between filter and throttle body,
Exhaust consist of gutted manifold cat(illegal to those that open it up ) 2 1/2 cat back mandrel bent at local exhaust shop topped of with magnaflow stainless steel straight through junkyard muffler( $85 and a small weld mark, what a deal!!), economy before all mentioned work was 32 mpg avg, after 42 mpg!!!
Planned Mods:
Swapping in 98-02 sc1 tranny for taller gears, hoping to break the 50 mpg marker!!
