Build Thread:
Current Mods: Close-fit LEER bed topper when purchased. Tire pressure according to load (within factory guidelines). ROKKTECH "Silent Might" muffler with AEROTURBINE 4040 muffler as resonator. Tires are oem-spec LRR MICHELIN LTX A/S. Fluids are synthetic. CAT Certified Scale shows 7,360-lbs with driver and full fuel plus normal gear aboard (this is the "empty" weight; 500-lbs over ship weight).

Planned Mods: May try partial grille block and turbocharger inlet air "straightening" with a TAG and/or an 04.5 or later air inlet tube. An extended front air dam is contemplated (stock is 10" from ground; 6" is said to be "best") dependent on findings. Might advance timing through ROKKTECH Sensor Mod. Am bookmarking threads on bellypans, etc, for future mods. Will study BSFC map indicated.

Tires & brakes are lasting 120k-miles plus, at present. Looking to go 250k on but two sets of each.

Other changes contemplated are: 3.42 gearset to replace stock 3.73 as travel trailer is only 8k GVWR; MOPAR winter front; use of block heater when departures are known; an AEROLID or similar; exhaust brake; and some efficiency instrumentation.
