Build Thread:
Current Mods: Weight Control:
removed bumper ends, back seat and mounts, rear carpet, dash grab bar (eek), right outside mirror (sometimes). Replaced steel winch cable with synthetic line and an aluminum fairlead.

Engine Mods:
high flow air filter; bored-out throttle body with spacer; synthetic oil; 'Fitch' fuel catalyst; hood vents.

Aerodynamics:
'Airtab' vortex generators on roof, coroplast angled front skirt, air dams at wheels. Front license plate has been raised out of air stream. Roof rack is mounted only when needed.

Hydrogen-on-demand system: Temporarily removed. The quick overview is, "It works. It's high maintenance."

Planned Mods: More coroplast underbody.
Tapered aluminum front bumper and winch mount.
Electric engine fan.
Higher flow exhaust.
Reinstall hydrogen unit.
