The car is lowered with stiffer shorter springs and Koni struts. Narrow 155/80x13 Firestone Winterforce tires were installed, The car is driven on unimproved roads. about 5-10% of the time.
To improve aerodynamics a rear wing was developed in conjunction with large rear window lip. The rear wing was made horizontal. Tuft testing showed attached flow to rear wing. This shape was chosen with an eye toward utility. The trunk is fully accessible. It was made with foam insulation material and covered with carbon fiber composite. The front of the car used to have a curved grill cover. It got removed along side the road during the heat of summer.
