-removed AC completely (-40lbs)
WHEELS
-16" ASA/BBS wheels for summer.
--front 205/55r16 @40psi run flats
--rear 205/60r16 @ 40psi michelin POS
-SUSPENSION
front lowered ~1" on cut springs (yes, I know they're bad and I don't disagree)
rear lowered ~1" on supra struts/springs
-MISC.
-smaller steering wheel... OK it's just more fun that way.
-Limited slip diff.

-W58 transmission (better 5th gear)
-3.58 gears

-auto cold/warm air intake via throttle input
