Overall: Vehicle has not been driven in 8 years, and is being repaired to pass inspection/TÜV/MOT.
Engine: 79.4mm bore, 83mm stroke. Engine is being rebuilt. Main, rod, cam bearings replaced. Oil pump replaced. Camshaft, rockers, valves, valve guides and seats replaced. Head milled straight, block decked to match piston height.
Clutch master and slave cylinders are rebuilt.
Carburetor rebuilt--new accelerator pump, gaskets. No new secondary diaphragm.

Nut behind wheel adjusted somewhat.

Vacuum gauge (possibly).
Oil pressure gauge.
Alternator "off" switch.
Mud flap removal.
Passenger mirror removal (broken right now, so why not remove it?).
Antenna delete (no radio, no need for antenna).
Possibly speaker delete for weight reduction.
Smooth wheel covers (probably coroplast, as pizza pans are hard to obtain).
Aerodynamic grill block
Carburetor fuel solenoid kill switch.
Ignition timing adjusted, possibly manual adjustment from inside.
Synthetic transmission and differential oil.
Increased tire pressure to max.
Disk brake pad return springs. |
