15 tooth sprocket up front (ideally of a lighter material). Smaller sprocket in back. Higher quality chain, automatic chain oiler. Lower handlebars. Tank bag or padding for better tuck. Rear fender eliminator. Mirror chang of some sort. Eventually might look into more extreme aero mods like a full fairing and boat tail.
