No mods other than the truck being in great mechanical shape.

Really not sure. Possibly:
1) partial grill block (lower)
2) mechanical fan delete (add electric fan or tuner to use A/C fan)
3) mudflap removal
4) A/C compressor kill switch for hills and start/stop situations.
