Just purchased, clean slate. At present it is 100% factory with an unknown "actual" MPG. Once I run a few tanks through her, I will have a better idea of the actual MPGs with me driving it.
My plan is to run a tank or two of gas through it driving "normally" (normal to everyday drivers). Then run a tank or two through driving MY normal. Then start doing mods and seeing how well they perform.
