The cab wing is real good ! See if you can get it to hold that shape.The gentle curve into the down-sweep angle is critical and I think you've nailed it! Your bed cover is going to help .I would limit the depth of the front air-dam to no lower than the lowest suspension member,or you run the risk of frontal area growing such to cancel out your gains.That would suck! And give the air-dam all the vertical side radius you can,to get the air around to the sides,rather than over the hood and roof.Question,do you have the 5-speed trans? It's worth a couple mpg over the 4-speed.My friend in New Mexico had a standard ride height truck like your's,and on it's best day,with aero mods,pulled 42-mpg!
