Haha! That's from the AirTab site. I would consider trying them on the roof, but I would be hesitant to stick them on the sides..
(Wife:rolling pin: old bald head: not good)

Since each one is suppose to gen two good sized vortexes (a few inches off the deck and many times longer), I was thinking about sitting one on the front fender on each side.
Place them about 16" in front of the rear view mirrors.
Maybe one vortex would pass over the top of the mirror and the other underneath.?.

Since they need a flat surface for mounting, I would have to make my own from sheet metal. (I've seen plans on the web somewheres).
Seems like a good yarn application.

Hey, I just found your thread searching for helpful info for my 2001 CRV. Did you end up using AirTabs? Did you do something different?

Carrying pink foam insulation kills your MPG..

I did a bunch of other stuff..


But never got around to buying Air Tabs.. I got some samples and they
did look easy to make..


Now I get good MPG easier.. No tape on my new car either..
