inexpensive home made plasma ignition system

I wasn't sure whether to post this thread here or in the DIY section, but the potential falls most here. The author of this video emailed me last week saying he would be making this, and it holds the potential for running completely on water. thjis is not precombustion electrolysis. I expect to be able to see this technology in person within the week.

This has amazing implications, if it gets off the ground. There are a lot of road blocks for things like this, but if someone has the ambition and time, whip this circuit up and try it out. I would love to see some results before I throw money at what some call snake oil and I call under-proven technology.

Well, there's a poorly made video and a bank of diodes. I'm sure soon he'll have a patent and a news appearance. Followed by some sort of lawsuit and then a suspicious death. At which point it will just get more intriguing!

Yeah ok I'll spend the 20-30 bucks to make one. Hes not interested in patenting or the video would have never been made. The plans are free at Skyhero Resources in pdf.

Wouldn't a flyback ignition system work better?
