imho
On strut it doesn't change to much as angle is fixed ,it does go a little more negative with full depression becuase the link points gets shorter .

wishbone/multilink depends on the length of the arms/links , If you notice many newer multi link FWD suspensions if a lot of weight is on rears or car is lowered it goes way negative . It is how the manufacture sets up the suspension, they can get it to stay pretty much same angle throughout its motion .
Either way I don't see this working for the masses .

You are thinking in the reference plane of the vehicle. In the reference plane of the road, the whole vehicle tilts outward, including the tires.

But with modern stiff springs, the vehicle doesn't really tilt that much.

Yes, I probably should not of made such general statement .
What I really was trying to convey is vast array of suspension designs and many now don't even have adjustable camber (without some kind of 3rd party adjuster (balljoint/arms)}
