Mechanical or performance compilation

I started a list on another part for mods, but this one I'm trying to compile a list of mechanical or performance changes that you have made. For example, spark plugs that work really well, air filters, tires, etc. If you have anything that improved mpg list it here, or if you have a product that decrease your mpg.
