Airbus has a Silicon Valley-based technology and business innovation company called A³. It is planning Vahanna, a personal autonomous EV ultra-lightweight aircraft! Their goal is to go vertical and fly over and around urban traffic. They will reveal a working single-seater prototype next year. Vahanna will be piloted autonomously avoiding obstacles, other aircraft and fly you to your destination. In case of any lost of battery charge/malfunction mid-air it would have an emergency parachute to float you down...and find that outlet.

Vahanna looks like another Moller Skycar. But Skyways is just whack. An unshrouded octocopter that flies in a tube like hyperloop?
