Airbus has a Silicon Valley-based technology and business innovation company called Ał. It is planning Vahanna, a personal autonomous EV ultra-lightweight aircraft! Their goal is to go vertical and fly over and around urban traffic. They will reveal a working single-seater prototype next year. Vahanna will be piloted autonomously avoiding obstacles, other aircraft and fly you to your destination. In case of any lost of battery charge/malfunction mid-air it would have an emergency parachute to float you down...and find that outlet.
