There is a "fender cover yard" near me where I have been thinking of getting a replacement fender cover. The idea is I could work on it on a table instead of on my car and keep my original one pristine. Maybe this is an opportunity for you to get one for modding.

Well, I got the bumper back on, with zip ties and sheet-metal screws. I'm on the fence with this car. It gets great mileage, but it just rolled over 200000 mi, uses oil, has started to leak anti-freeze somewhere, needs tires, and I'm not sure, but I think a bearing is going out somewhere. Now with the bumper issue, I don't know if I should keep it or buy a 99 Accord from my dad for $1000...

I got a coolant light last Monday on the way to work. I thought "no big deal", and topped off the fluids (coolant and oil always in the trunk!). The following Tuesday, the coolant was low *again* and I thought uh-oh, something's wrong. I pulled over and saw the fuild leaking. I let the car cool off, topped off the coolant, and called my mechanic. I got the car to him at 11 AM and was out by 4:30 PM. There was a crack in the plastic part (see below), the upper driver's side facing the airbox. The cost was $360 total, but I don't mind because the OEM radiator lasted 154,947 miles. I am OK with that ($0.0023 per mile). Here are some pics :
