NickelB, keep an eye on the McDonalds road train. Everytime I see that trailer i'm smiling :) not because of the food ofcourse.
http://www5.picturepush.com/photo/a/...anRijswijk.jpg Or the Deli XL road train! http://www.pelserfilmproducties.nl/w...xl-614x238.jpg The trailer you spotted had two decks, so they can carry almost double the capacity. |

The nanny EU has reduced its deathgrip on trucks and rigs regulation in order to make 'm more efficient, so we'll be seeing more aerodynamic cab and add-ons in the future.
In the UK, which has less stringent vehicle height regulations than the continental EU, you already see a lot of these: http://www.donbur.co.uk/eng/products..._trailers.php# |

You'd think that by 2015,the USA would have heard of capitalism and profit-making. |
The added benefit of some aerodynamic improvements - closing off the sides of lorries, rigs, the trailer gap, or wheel arches - will be reduced bicycle deaths as the trucks turn right, into the cyclists .
