Aerodynamic vans (European)

Hello, is there a website or other resource that lists the Cd or CdA of past and present vans?

As a long-term project I'm thinking of a lightweight camper/recreation conversion but I'd like to start in the right place by choosing something as aerodynamic as possible first, with the possibility of adding a full or half pop-up roof.

Thanks in advance!
Steve

Maybe a Fiat Scudo could fit your requirements.

Thanks, but I'm thinking more Transit size.

Those new Transit Custom seem to have some good aerodynamics for a van. BTW what about an Opel Vivaro?

Thanks, it looks good but how does it compare with the rest of the vans of this size?

To be honest, I'm a little lost as to why there is not a comparative table available somewhere. Of all light vehicles, vans travel more miles than any other type and if one could be proven to be more aerodynamic than another it would have an advantage and a key sales point over the others. Fuel is becoming more and more expensive so for someone to save fuel to have an advantage over a competitor it would be a huge boon to the bottom line of that manufacturer – plus the customers who bought it.

We don't find so much info regarding aerodynamics for vans because, altough the owner/operators really care about fuel savings, they don't seem to give so much attention for how it's achieved.
