DFCO and Dashcommand app Ford Fiesta

I run DashCommand on my iPhone and monitor instant l/100km as well as consumption per hour...
When warm, the consumption at idle is about 0.6 and 0.7 liters per hour.

So if im coasting down from speed (above 1500rpm), for a couple of seconds, i can see it transition over to fuel cutoff mode...
But it never gets below idle consumption rate of 0.6...
Is this the DashCommand app misreading, or am i better off neutral coasting instead?

Seems the injectors never actually shut off completely...
