found this here --> http://www.cardomain.com/ride/260465...elated&order=5 He took a '97 Metro bumper flipped it over and cut it to fit his '98. Looks pretty clean, don't think it would be that great for Aero, but it looks slick. thoughts?

very ricer mod, but pretty smart.

LOL on the hood "vents" and wipers, but I think the rims and air dam look really nice.

I give it an A for originality, but damn, it look like he crashed into a pep boys.

Its all about down force yo.....

Props for the original design though.

i like the bumper.... and the stripes, but the rest is a bit overboard.

useing an original bumper is quite a good idea when going low. i once had an inceident where i ended up in a field besides the road in my kadett. the radiator support beam behind it was all bend, but the ugly unpainted plastic bumper had just flexed back into position.

as far as the mod goes... it looks really well in the first pictures, but it starts getting a little messy near the end

FunkSkunk -

That bumper mod looks great. I have a "bumper yard" that taunts me every time I drive by it. It must have well over a 1000 used bumpers just waiting for me to visit.

I would *like* to think it would make a good air dam, but I just don't know. Sounds like a question for Aerohead.

Geeez,, it looks like the J.C.Whitney catalog exploded on his car!
But the spoiler is an interesting idea.

Using it as an Air dam I think doesn't work because of the angle, It looks as though it would catch the air instead of spreading it around the car. What do you guys think?
