Ordered new o2 sensor. Looks like eBay seller scammed us..

I have a 1995 Civic VX. The replacement oxygen sensor is supposed to be a NTK 24300 This eBay listing advertises that they are selling a NTK 24300 but the etching on the o2 sensor says 22641AA050 LZA06-AF1 NTK. It is a 5-wire. Googling those part numbers didn't result in anything conclusive. Is this the right o2 sensor? Also, how do I tell if it's used? Any help would really be appreciated.
