Yea when I last went (~11 years old), I drove a car and a motorcycle for my first time. They swerve onto the wrong side of the road and no speed limits.
The rickshaw companies would have to make the investment into the hybrid tech. cuz we know the driver's dont have money to make the investment. But would they unless the law requires so? Even if India came up with some kind of emissions standard for rickshaws, I doubt they would be enforced strictly or efficiently. Just my take on this. Of course I'm hoping they efficiently hybridize the vehicles. :D |
