Need AT EOC compatible list Sticky I will start

Anyway we really need to make an exacting list of

1. AT vehicles that can EOC safely year model & transmission

2. AT vehicles that are EOC tolerant under certain circumstances (aka testimonials with distance and any issues would be nice) For example my 98 Buick lesabre says flat tow up to 500miles at 55mph but I am told not worth risking, yet in other forums they say most FWD GMs can be flat towed with the above caveits, not sure what long term effect is though.

3. AT vehicles that can never EOC at any speed.

Having a decent list would allow us to make informed decisions when trying to buy a used car since many times the ideal car doesn't exist locally or depending on application is not available at all.

This list is stolen from GM And is a very small start as to what vehicles should be able to EOC since they are flat towable.

All automatic Subaru's (4EAT, 5EAT) that I know of are explicit stated not to flat tow because of the AWD clutch packs. So thats 1990-2009 Subarus. This includes the VTD transmissions in higher end subies.

2004 Honda Odyssey - ok up to 35 mph and less than 50 miles.

Likely any Honda 5AT vehicles of that era have similar stipulations.
