So, Joseph Carl rear-ended a lady stopped at a light while drunk, jumped out of his truck without putting it in park, banged on her window and yelled at her, and she, feeling scared, drove off, allowing his truck to proceed forward. Carl couldn't stop it.

That sounds kinda too dumb to be true.

Anyway, couldn't him have at least applied the parking brake? :D
