Help. I am discouraged.

My 1987 subaru got rear ended, and the fat ladies in the black pt cruiser took off (yes, yet again, a hit and run on my life, and police are involved. read comments at video if you are interested.)I recorded the aftermath, already started fixing it. I will even cut the bumper and reweld to get it back to the best this old wagon has looked in 15 years (just yesterday it was waxed.)

I need a boost of support. This car and the hours. holy cow the HOURS.

misjusticed yet again. In 2006, my just finished 2wd 5 speed loyale, totalled with a camaro that took off, a major factor in a near death accident...no resolve to this day. and the inspectors here..I would like to complain to a politicians office.

Weld a big honkin' piece of railroad tie across the back. That'll learn 'em.

there was time in maines automotve evolution, where cars rusted so fast, and accidents like mine..you could sincerely witness a hardwood chunk as a bumper. Old inspectors are real confused today, and the ECU people forgot waht a carb is. Today, the elder looking inspector, said several sarcastic things. the first was when he put it into reverse..the 10geared sube is as loud as my dads caterpillar...without the grind of course, when it is in gear, you sure as heck know it. there is a touch of limted slip diff at all times, in all modes. He obviously forgot 1987 and a carbed sube in his wise ASSness...

I did get lead to another garage. tomorrow morning early, I am just going to aluminuize the holes I opened to straightened pieces. A sledge hammer and chain on a tree did wonders. In fact I piucked the back end of the car off the ground by the chain wrapped high. Try that in any other subaru unwelded known to mankind... I dare you...

The integrity is outrageously beyond. the joke is over. I have already complained to state police...

meanwhile, it is approx 7 hours after accident, and there is a bump on my neck. Not good.

put a tow bar on the back , then if some one rear-ends you agai n it punches a hole in there rad and they don't get far ;)

A guy down the road from me used to have an Aries wagon with a railroad tie rear bumper as the family car. I've seen quite a few other wooden bumpers, mostly on trucks.

I used to get really worked up whenever I was forced to deal with people of this caliber. At some point I realized two things.

1. I didn't especially enjoy my interaction with you very much, but hey, I'm not married to you either.

2. There is no long term injustice. Call it Karma, call it The Almighty God who loves justice. Call it what you want. They will not "get away" with it forever.

We sympathize.

My old Jeep J20 had a telephone pole section for a rear bumper for awhile, then that fell off too. (Rear frame horns rusted off.) It sits in the yard now, rotting away.

Good reason to carry a cheap digitial camera in the car.
