i have a question for the honda guys in the room?
 

hi. i have a question for my fellow honda enthusiast about my hx civic. its a 98 fed honda hx with a 5 speed. i just found out that my car has no knock sensor..... no plug for one and the hole in the block has never had one in it? i have always known the hx to have one but i think i may be wrong.? can any body that knows fill me in and i dont want guesses im looking for real ansers. thank you all.

Doing a quick parts search I'm not seeing any listed for the HX.

thanks for your reply. i kinda figured that it did not have one after swoping the new engine in and not having a place to plug one in or having one at all lol. that and im not geting a code for one. but its good to know for certen thank you.
