The bubble sticks out so far behind the bumper that I'd advise you to put some red reflective tape on the back. Not everyone pays attention, unfortunately.

Fantastic job! How thick is the plexiglass? It seems "thin enough" to bend really well. Is it bending from the bolts or did you have to heat it?

The way it's mounted reminds me of bicycle racks that strap onto the trunk - so maybe this could double as a bicycle rack. I would guess the 1/2" conduits probably aren't strong enough to support too much weight though.

In part of my test route there is a huge hill. It's on my commute and my goal is to be able to EOC the whole way down without losing speed. :)
When I tested it yesterday, I coasted (on average) more than twice as far before dropping 5 mph than without. On one trial I tripled the length!

I do have reflectors/red LEDs planned. Good point!
