Kit for aero modding Prius
Some of you might find this interesting.
The first thing that came to mind when I saw this Prius was 'Bladeunner' ( cool ! )

To me the fit and finish isn't too well either ( not flush ) , but I like the idea of painting and extending those extentions behind the wheels. Also, painting the roof line back is a nice touch.
Overall, I think the car looks more balanced versus the stock Prius.

Although it appears more can be done, I actually really like the looks of this kit. I'd like to see what the new C_d is.

I'm okay with everything except the open duct at the rear.It violates the 2 1/2-degree diffuser divergence rule,as reported by Hucho.I had this on the CRX at Bonneville,and ended up taping the whole thing shut with cardboard and racer's tape.Stylistically,its attractive,however its just that,styling.Aerodynamically,they're better off lowering the valance down to the appropriate elevation.

I'm with aerohead on this one. That rear diffuser looks even more aggressive than the ~9 degrees we use for maximum downforce on our 150 mph sports racers. OTOH, at low enough speeds, maybe the airflow remains attached even at that steep angle.

At the front end, those running lights do nothing but add drag, and even the modified grill opening is still too big IMO. On our race cars, we provide just 1 square inch of opening for every 4 hp (with full ducting to the cooler).

Over all I think it looks pretty good. Before I say anymore I would like to see the Cd. numbers. With flush smooth hub caps.

Looking at the rear deck lid spoiler makes me think this is Prius sport.
