2 door hatch fitting 4 door

Can anyone tell me if a hatch from a 2 dr Geo Metro will fit a 4dr geo metro as long as they are from compatible year sets? I want to add a hatch with a defroster to my 4dr, but there are no 4dr hatches with a defroster at my local wrecking yard, but there are plenty of 2 dr hatches with defrosters.
