Some are awesome, such as that woody 2-door Chevy, and others such as those Plymouth Barracudas that were preservated at their stock appearance, but some of the hot-rods are too low (I prefer something with a riding height that makes it practical for everyday driving).

I think my favorite in terms of stock restoration was the '68 Shelby 500 KR. But there was a lot of cars there that I wouldn't push out of my garage! -lol

The too-low stuff frequently has air suspension. They slam them for the show and raise them up to actually drive them.

Actually those guys in Brazil per-capita, do more low riding than most the US. I get emailed pic's from down there daily. A lot of cool rides south of our border!

You mean those douchebags who get stuck at each speed bump, disturbing the traffic flow and eventually leading other people to not being able to drive in a more fuel-efficient way? They're one of the reasons I hate this country.

Sure... blame the car and not the #@!*^% speed bumps themselves?

Nice!

Wait... I do hate speed bumps and pot holes much like everyone else, but then there are those guys who know about the bad road conditions but still slam the cars to the ground to a point that it forces everyone else to suddently slow down too much. They waste everyone else's time and also tend to drive quite inefficiently, sometimes over-revving while they try to get out of the speed bumps once they get stuck. It's so pointless. Why can't they just leave the cars with an useful ground clearance? :turtle: Adjustable suspensions on the other hand are good, as long as the drivers use this resource in a responsible way instead of being inconsiderate to other road users.

But anyway, that SP2 would look nice if it had the stock ground clearance.
