Someone was selling those (or something like them) at my school's tailgate.... From my experience - they're not very stable at speed..... Perhaps fully loaded it would be better :p

Do you mean the driver being fully loaded or the vehicle being fully loaded (which would lead the driver to be fully loaded as well)?
